RESERVATION AND RENTING INFORMATION
RESERVATION DETAILS
1. Make your reservation by calling us at 765-344-1989
2. When calling to make a reservation we will need: a name, major credit card number, phone number, date(s) and time(s) of your reservation, name of boat being reserved, and the number of people in your group
3. We have a 30 minute hold time for reservations. If you fail to call and notify us that you will be late, we have the right to cancel your reservation. Also, you may not be able to get all of your rental time if you are late
4. Arrive 20-30 minutes prior to reservation time in order to fill out all of the paperwork, so you are sent out on time
5. No refunds due to weather, change of plans, or early return
6. 48 hour cancellation notice is required for refund of deposit
7. NO pets or BBQ grills allowed on any boat
8. Towing is prohibited
9. Damage to boats exceeding the deposit amount is the renter's responsibility
10. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid drivers license in order to rent
11. All operators of the rental equipment must be present at time of rental to receive proper orientation
RENTING INFORMATION
1. All operators must first go to the Tiki Hut convenience store located across the street from the park
2. You will fill out a liability release, and credit card information. Your drivers license and credit card are required for all paperwork
3. Your credit card authorization form is your deposit. Nothing is charged unless there are damages done to the equipment. The renter is responsible for all damages exceeding the deposit amount. There is no insurance provided
4. The rental amount plus tax is due before the rental boat is taken out
5. You get a full tank of gas at the beginning of the rental, and pay for whatever gas was used during your rental
6. Once all office work is completed we will give you instructions on how to get to the boat ramp
7. There is a park entrance fee which must be paid by the renter
8. Once at the ramp our staff will assist you on getting set up on the boat, and will give you the proper operating instructions for your rental
9. You will fill out a damage diagram and inspect the boat prior to leaving the dock
10. Once your rental time is finished you will return to the same place as departure, and our staff will check over the boat for damages, as well as fill it with fuel. You will pay for whatever gas was used by cash or credit card at our office
